Privacy Policy.

This policy explains what information Apolopa Advisory collects through apolopa.com, why we process it, and the choices available to you.

01

Who we are

Apolopa Advisory operates this website at apolopa.com. We provide vendor-independent AI strategy advisory to US community banks, credit unions, and specialty financial institutions. Our team works from Washington D.C., Warsaw, and Turin.

For any privacy question or request, contact contact@apolopa.com.

02

What data we collect

  • Lead form data you submit on the contact page: full name, work email, institution, AUM band, role, problem statement, and how you heard about us.
  • Site analytics data, only if and when an analytics provider is enabled. Analytics is not active by default in this version of the site.
  • Technical logs generated by our hosting and edge layer, such as request times, response codes, user agent, and referrer.
  • A hashed representation of your IP address used for spam and abuse protection on form submissions. Raw IP addresses are not stored.
03

Why we process data

  • Respond to inquiries submitted through the site.
  • Qualify and contextualize advisory leads.
  • Operate, secure, and protect the website against abuse.
  • Improve content quality and search visibility.
  • Comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations.
04

Where data goes

  • Hosting and database infrastructure provided by Lovable Cloud, which uses Supabase as its underlying platform.
  • A Telegram notification sent to a private bot and chat configured by Apolopa Advisory, so inquiries are reviewed promptly.
  • Email notification to an Apolopa inbox once email delivery is configured for the site.
  • An analytics provider, only if and when analytics is enabled on the site.

We do not sell personal data and we do not share lead data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

05

Cookies and analytics

This version of the site does not set marketing or advertising cookies. If we later enable analytics, we will use a privacy-conscious provider and update this policy to describe what is collected and how to opt out where required.

06

Legal basis for processing

  • Legitimate interest in handling B2B inquiries from senior leaders at financial institutions and in protecting the site against abuse.
  • Consent, where required by applicable law for optional analytics or similar technologies.
  • Steps taken at your request prior to entering an engagement, when you ask us to discuss potential advisory work.
  • Compliance with legal obligations that apply to our records.
07

Data retention

We retain lead data for as long as there is an active business relationship or a legitimate business interest in keeping the record, for example to follow up on a stated problem or to maintain continuity across multiple conversations. We delete or anonymize lead data on request, where doing so is legally possible and does not conflict with a record we are required to keep.

08

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to request access to your data, correction of inaccurate data, deletion, objection to certain processing, and withdrawal of consent where processing is based on consent. To exercise any of these rights, contact contact@apolopa.com.

09

Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect submitted data, including transport encryption, scoped database access, and strict separation of administrative credentials. We do not store raw IP addresses. No system can guarantee absolute security, and we cannot warrant that transmissions over the internet are fully secure.

10

International transfers

Data may be processed by service providers located outside your country of residence. Where this occurs, we rely on the safeguards offered by those providers and on appropriate legal mechanisms for cross-border processing.

11

Children

The site is intended for senior professionals at financial institutions and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

12

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of the page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after a revision indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
